Cruising Daysailing Offshore
We don’t build many sail boats. We build the right ones — semi-custom, to your layout, by the same crew that has been doing this since the 1960s.
There are only three of them. That’s not a gap in the lineup — that’s the point. We build what we can stand behind.
Each one is semi-custom — you pick the layout, the interior finish, the gear. We build it. The 42 Cruising Sloop and the 50 MK II are both designed by Mark Ellis, which isn’t a coincidence — it’s why his name ended up in the brand. The 42 Daysailer is a Doug Zurn design — a different brief, a different boat, built to exactly the same standard.

Offshore Flagship
50 MK II
51’2″ · 1,135 sq ft sail area · John Deere diesel
A library with an optional fireplace. Twin helm stations. A hull that hit 10 knots on its first sea trial and sipped fuel doing it. If you’re going offshore for weeks at a time, this is the one.
Brokerage Pre-Owned
A Bruckmann+Ellis once owned, well cared for.
Pre-owned listings move through our brokerage on the rare occasion a Bruckmann+Ellis owner is ready for their next vessel. Each listing reflects the same standard of care the yard built in from the start.
