It is a point of view —
built into every frame.
Bruckmann+Ellis carries forward a legacy that began with the founding of C&C Yachts — one of North America’s most storied names in sail. The ” + ” is not punctuation. It is a promise: that two distinct heritages, joined with purpose, will always deliver more than either could alone.
Where Bruckmann’s precision meets Ellis’s soul.
Erich Bruckmann co-founded C&C Yachts in the 1960s. For nearly three decades he ran its Custom Division — producing 200 vessels that defined a generation of North American sailing. His son Mark carried that mastery forward, bringing many of the same craftsmen with him.
Ellis brings a rarer gift still: an instinct for the enduring — for the vessel that ages as a well-made thing should. Together, the result is not simply a brokerage. It is a philosophy: that a crafted vessel should ask nothing of its owner but to sail it.
choose us
The qualities that have defined the Bruckmann name for 57 years are not marketing. They are the operating standard — carried forward intact, and deepened by the addition of Ellis’s eye for the timeless.
01
Old-world craft. Modern mastery.
We still survey every hull by eye and every weld by hand. Carbon, titanium, and hand-laid laminates work the same way — only the tolerances change.
02
Purpose-built from the keel up.
Every Bruckmann+Ellis vessel is timelessly designed and purpose-built. All share a common respect for the sea, for lasting quality, and for the owner who expects both.
03
25,000 sq ft of uncompromised facility.
Located 20 miles west of Toronto, our modern facility is where old-world skill meets today’s finest materials and techniques. No corners cut — ever.
04
A heritage relationship — not a transaction.
Our clients do not come to us once. They return — for refits, for the next vessel, for counsel. That continuity of trust is the measure we hold ourselves to.
05
Sail and power, with equal conviction.
From offshore passage-makers under sail to the commanding Abaco power series — our range earns its place. Every vessel on our floor is purposeful by design.
A yacht is not merely a vessel;
it is a manifestation of one’s relationship with the horizon.
